At ShreeJee Ayucare, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and reliable. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, timelines, and terms for delivering your Ayurvedic products.
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and others. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy. To request cancellation, email us at shreejeeayucare@gmail.com.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refuse delivery or contact us within 5 days of receipt. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Certain products are temperature-sensitive and may not be eligible for return once delivered, unless damaged or incorrect. Please refer to product descriptions for details.
If non-delivery or delays occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, any additional delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
